Prior to the founding of LEG, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong held numerous senior administration positions, both in private and community corporations and it is recognised as a well known member from the organization neighborhood.

He holds an Superior Diploma in Enterprise in the Association of Business Executives (“ABE”), Uk and Diploma in Promoting from the Chartered Institute of Advertising and marketing (“CIM”), Uk. He is also a Fellow member of both ABE and CIM. In August 2008, in recognition for his contribution for the state and his revolutionary role in the field of higher training in Malaysia, Dato’ Raymond [http://kolejlegenda.edu.my/ooi-chong-seong/ Ooi Chong Seong] was awarded the Darjah Paduka Tuanku Jaafar (D.P.T.J) which carries the title Dato’ by the Yang Di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan. He was also recently awarded the award in the “10 Best Overseas Chinese Entrepreneur” at the China Worldwide Economics & Technology Cooperation in 2010.
